Service Description

During the 50-minute session we will work towards identifying and actualizing your wellness goals. Therapy is offered through a person-centered lens, whereby you are the author in your own story. Throughout your healing journey I will use existential and humanistic theoretical approaches to help you find meaning in life and grow towards self-actualization.
